But finishing my year is simply a million times more important, i really have to finish the mater's thesis, it's really sad, but it's the right thing to do

Congratulations on making the right choice. There will be plenty of time to travel AFTER you hand in your thesis. I have a friend who failed to get her masters degree because she didn't pass her thesis - even after the second resubmission!
What is your thesis topic?
